PixOnCall is proud to offer Australia Postal Service delivery for all our orders, except in the rare circumstance that AusPost does not deliver to the address you provide.
Shipping and handling are charged to you at the time you place your order.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.
Most online orders which have confirmation of payment are printed and shipped within two days of being placed. In some cases, AusPost may delay postage due to circumstances beyond our control. If AusPost requires additional information, we will contact you immediately via e-mail and/or phone, so when you place your order, be sure to provide an e-mail address that you check regularly.

Weekend Deliveries

Australia Post deliveries are not available on Saturdays or Sundays.

If You Receive the Wrong or Missing Item

If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) via email, and we will make arrangements to send a replacement promptly.

Damaged in Shipping

If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact us via email and we will gladly send you a replacement.
